Soil Science Society of America Meetings

I spent this week in Tampa for the Soil Science Society of America Meetings. I had a great time catching up with colleagues from around the country and learning about all of the exciting research that everyone is doing. This year I co-organized a symposium on "Mineral Weathering Across Spatial Scales" with Rebecca Lybrand, Assistant Professor of Pedology at Oregon State University and fellow UC-Riverside graduate, and I served as chair of the Soil Mineralogy Division.
